What day is trash pick up: Trash, yard waste, recycling and bulk items are picked up on Wednesday or Thursday depending on your address. All trash must be properly contained in either bags or trash cans that are no more than 50 pounds. All yard waste must either be in yard waste bags or in a designated container labeled “yard waste.” (Note: yard waste in plastic bags as well as soil or rock will not be taken). Recycling must be in the proper recycling containers but does not have to be sorted. 1. Does the Mayor perform marriage ceremonies? How much does it cost?: Yes, for residents of Reynoldsburg the Mayor will perform a marriage ceremony at no charge. Please call his office at 614-322-6809 for additional information.

2. I would like the Mayor to speak at my group/school. Will he do this?: Yes, Mayor Begeny does enjoy speaking with groups or classes. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for scheduling. Some common topics he has spoken about before are; the impact of local government on your community, the State of the City, Economic Development, Housing, Collaboration between communities and the Police, and Serving as Mayor. 3. If I want to solicit for charity, how can I do this?: Soliciting for charity is allowed in the City of Reynoldsburg at specified intersections with a permit. Charitable Organizations means an organization that is currently recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as 501(c) (3). If you meet these requirements submit the Application for Permit to Solicit on City of Reynoldsburg Roadways (PDF) to the Mayor's office.
