RITA sending Tax Non-Filing Letters
The Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) mailed non-filer letters to taxpayers that neglected to file a municipal income tax return. Taxpayers can simply send RITA the documents listed on the non-filing letter via:

About the Tax Department and Local Income Tax
City services, such as Police, Parks and Recreation, events, and street improvements are made possible through City Income Tax.
The Reynoldsburg income tax rate is 2.5% and applies to gross wages, salaries, compensation and net profits earned by Residents, Non-Residents (income earned in Reynoldsburg), Associations (Partnerships, Joint Ventures, etc.), Corporations (including S-Corporations) and Fiduciaries (Estates, Trusts, Grantor Trusts).
The city of Reynoldsburg provides 100% credit up to 2.5% for taxes withheld or paid to the workplace municipality.
Since the income tax is mandatory, all residents are required to file an annual city income tax return (or, in some cases, an exemption). The Regional Income Tax Agency (RITA) assists in administering the income tax.

- Residents of Reynoldsburg who are 18 years of age and older must file an annual return, even if no tax is due.
